It’s unusual to find a fish restaurant in the hills of Trieste but Chef Daniele Valmarin has situated his outstanding restaurant just between the City and the Carso. Ai 3 Magnoni is renowned for its delicious and super fresh plates of seafood; carpacci, shellfish au gratin, and seafood “strudel” — these are just some of the delicious and unusual offerings. There are also excellent options for meat eaters; wild boar ragout, steaks and filets prepared to your specifications. Even vegetarians will find something to love here – homemade ravioli filled with ricotta and wild herbs are a favorite. Service is good and the restaurant is roomy and nestled in the greenery next door to Villa Revoltella.

Ai 3 Magnoni è rinomata per i suoi deliziosi e freschi piatti di pesce; carpacci, crostacei gratinati, frutti di mare “strudel” — questi sono solo alcune delle offerte deliziose e insolite. Ci sono anche eccellenti opzioni per i mangiatori di carne, ragù di cinghiale, bistecche e filetti preparati secondo ai vostri gusti. Anche i vegetariani troveranno qualcosa da amare qui – ravioli fatti in casa ripieni di ricotta e erette selvatiche vi sono fra i piatti favoriti. Il servizio è buono e il ristorante è spazioso e immerso nel verde accanto alla Villa Revoltella.
