If you don’t live in a major city, then it’s difficult to find an APPLE store for support of your Apple products.  Being that we’re a 110% Apple household, any minor glitch is enough to send us into a cold sweat! Luckily we discovered DATAX a Trieste based, APPLE authorized Support and Repair center that provides truly excellent, prompt and reasonably priced service.

DATAX’s  Apple-certified technicians regularly update their product training so they can offer their customers help with the latest devices and operating systems.

Their services run the gamut from Repair of Apple products; transfer & data recovery; Technical support & product updates;  Installation of software & operating systems; Integration of Mac systems in mixed environments; Management 0f storage systems for high speed data; Installation of individual Mac systems, creating an Apple environment or setting up in mixed networks. They also offer their services at your location, which is very convenient if you have more than one device.

I was especially impressed that they went out of their way to replace a part of my old MAC and found a way to cover the cost on a recall rebate so that I didn’t have to pay a thing!
