Don’t let the cute name fool you! Mimì e Cocotte is the brainchild of Giovanna Abbondanza, dynamic restauranteur from Bologna who came to Trieste to hear Pearl Jam in concert and never left. She has brought new ideas to the Trieste scene, her restaurant hosts a mobile library, has a loyalty program, works with sustatainable products and hosts a VERY popular rooftop happy hour at the Museo Revoltella. The menu is fresh & creative. Open for breakfast too with some awesome pastries and pies!

Ha portato nuove idee a Trieste, il suo ristorante ospita una biblioteca “mobile”, ha un programma di fidelizzazione , usano e vendono prodotti sostenibili e ospita serate molto ambite sul tetto presso il Museo Revoltella .
